Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate service and rental bookings.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized fleet of rental equipment.
  • Input orders into the business ERP program.
  • Prepare equipment before renting, and clean and maintain equipment upon return.
  • Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers.
  • Troubleshooting and performing in-house service work.
  • Maintain customer and vendor paperwork.
  • Set up new equipment for the sales department to customer’s specifications upon purchase.
  • Inventory management and maintenance by performing ongoing cycle counts and assigning bin locations for new inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse.
  • Coordinate RMA’s for all vendor returns and facilitate return shipments.
  • Provide customers with repair quotations and communicate status updates on customer equipment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Electronic or instrumentation experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in the Customer Service or Rental industry is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent technical aptitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Well organized and able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Close attention to detail.

We are currently looking to fill a full-time fall protection Installer. In this position, you will be critical in safeguarding workers’ lives by installing and maintaining fall protection systems. Responsible for working on a variety of different projects and collaborating with team members to ensure we are executing installations with the highest standards of quality and safety.   

Job Description:

  • Install and inspect fall protection systems, including guardrails, lifelines, anchor points.
  • Basic construction skills
  • Physically fit  
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineer and clients to understand the scope of work and requirements to ensure installation meets specifications and engineered drawings.
  • Conduct pre-installation site assessments as required, to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate plan of action. 
    Prove feedback to Project Manager and Engineer on any project issues or delays.
  • Adhere to industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance. 
    Document installation process and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Laptop, Smartphone, iPad). 
    Good verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers 
    Valid Driver’s License with no major traffic violations within the last 5 years.
  • Display team effort and dedication to customer  
    Job requires out of town travel, overnight hotel stays with crew member(s)
  • Ability to work at heights & Confined spaces.
  • Strong organization, along with attention to detail & accuracy
  • Must be able to deal effectively and courteously with both internal team members and external customers. 

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year
