QEL focuses on developing indoor air quality and refrigerant leak gas detection products that produce large volumes of sales. It has also developed specialized equipment and turnkey systems for numerous markets including the Mining, Petrochemical, Breweries, and Landfill Industry.
New gas sensors, design, and packaging improvements increased the quality and reliability of the industrial products throughout the 1990’s. QEL strongly values customer feedback. QEL QIRF Series Refrigerant
The QIRF refrigerant gas detectors are the second generation of QEL proprietary designed transmitter/sensors. They are configured easily to meet the International Mechanical Code, ASHRAE 15, and B52 requirements.

Q8 Series of Explosion Proof Gas Detectors
The new Q8 Series of Explosion Proof Gas Detectors are used for applications that require a more rugged enclosure and meet Class 1 Division 2 requirements. Each unit comes standard with a digital display of concentration, relay status, STEL, TWA and peak daily value of the gas detected.
