Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to past customers, reintroducing Concept Controls and identifying new opportunities.
  • Prospect new business by researching potential customers, calling decision-makers, and qualifying leads. 
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to hand off qualified leads and support regional growth. 
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, trade show leads, and inbound inquiries.
  • Support customers with quotations, pricing, and product information.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue targets.
  • Provide exceptional service and represent Concept Controls with professionalism in every interaction.

Qualifications 

  • Prior experience in a customer service role an asset. 
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers by phone.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude. 
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to understand technical or industrial products is an asset (training provided).

We are currently looking to fill a full-time fall protection Installer. In this position, you will be critical in safeguarding workers’ lives by installing and maintaining fall protection systems. Responsible for working on a variety of different projects and collaborating with team members to ensure we are executing installations with the highest standards of quality and safety.   

Job Description:

  • Install and inspect fall protection systems, including guardrails, lifelines, anchor points.
  • Basic construction skills
  • Physically fit  
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineer and clients to understand the scope of work and requirements to ensure installation meets specifications and engineered drawings.
  • Conduct pre-installation site assessments as required, to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate plan of action. 
    Prove feedback to Project Manager and Engineer on any project issues or delays.
  • Adhere to industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance. 
    Document installation process and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Laptop, Smartphone, iPad). 
    Good verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers 
    Valid Driver’s License with no major traffic violations within the last 5 years.
  • Display team effort and dedication to customer  
    Job requires out of town travel, overnight hotel stays with crew member(s)
  • Ability to work at heights & Confined spaces.
